Apparently, we are supposed to buy one DVD per person watching a movie, and the MPAA would like it to be mandatory that we have little chips installed that tell them how many people we are having over so we can pay them money. Please read this and tell me what you think.

Hoooooooooly shit, that is terrifying! "Just because you buy a dvd doesn't give you the right to invite friends over to watch it"? Ummm... why would you buy movies unless you intended to watch it with someone at least once in awhile? I understand sometimes you just need to veg by yourself, but ONLY one person per viewing? The amount of control people are trying to put on us is frightening and has me yanking harder and harder on my chain.
